PROOF BREWERY

THE CHALLENGE:

The owner wanted to convert an old warehouse into Tallahassee’s first commercial brewery. He had ideas of what the finished product should look like, a tight budget, but no plan.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation worked with the owner to convert his ideas into reality. OliverSperry Renovation worked with the city to obtain the owner a $43,000 façade renovation grant. The 10,000sf brewery includes cool storage, production office, and a tasting room/beer garden. The project was completed in 18 weeks and within the owner’s budget.
