WHO WE ARE
OliverSperry Renovation was founded in 2007 by veteran builders Bill Oliver and Todd Sperry, because they believed that commercial renovation projects deserved to be treated as a specialized sector, instead of just a way to keep employees busy between new construction projects. We have always focused on delivering a unique client experience for projects that fit our thoughtfully created niche.
The first employee was hired four months after the company opened, and we currently have a staff of 20 employees with an annual volume of between $12 and $15 million. The company experienced steady growth during the construction slow-down in large part because of our proven value in the suddenly crowded renovation field. We also have invested in our community and in personal relationships with those who trust our work, our price and our commitment to excellence.
OliverSperry Renovation has been an active participant in regional United Way campaigns since 2008, and has contributed to a number of local non-profits including Kids Incorporated of the Big Bend, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, Children's Home Society, Big Bend Cares, Challenger Learning Center, ElderCare, TMH Foundation, Leon County School Foundation and more.
The partners also are involved in community leadership. Bill is currently serving on the Construction Advisory Board for TCC; and Todd is the past chair of the United Way of the Big Bend, The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, and the Sales Tax Committee.
WHAT WE DO
Most contractors are generalists by nature, ready to tackle projects of all sizes, skill levels and budgets. OliverSperry Renovation, however, is not most contractors.
We focus on a narrow slice of the construction pie, concentrating almost exclusively on commercial interior and exterior renovation services, including additions to existing space.
So, instead of breaking apart a large-scale construction crew or piecing together a band of outsourced specialists, we rely on our team of professionals who are perfectly matched and experienced to handle mid-sized renovation projects of all kinds.
We know we can't be everything to everybody, so we have decided to rely on our expertise in renovation projects to best serve commercial clients who need their space updated, enhanced or expanded. And, if you're not sure what you need done, we can help with that too.
We are committed to providing quality, on-time and on-budget construction services completed with as little disruption or inconvenience as possible.
What sets us apart from so many construction companies today is that renovation is what we do in good times and in bad.
