THE CHALLENGE:
The owners wanted major renovation done to the Clubhouse to accommodate the new conceptual design of the pool area, while being occupied in the process. Owners had a construction budget and timeline that needed to be followed for leasing opportunities.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry Renovation delivered a quick and timely renovation to the Clubhouse, while still allowing occupancy in the process.
