THE CHALLENGE:

A restaurateur wanted to expand his unique concept restaurant out of the Tampa area. He picked Tallahassee to be near to FSU campus, but wanted to be open before the fall semester started.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation provided building plans ad delivered the renovation in 8 weeks. The restaurant opened for the start of school.
