INTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

Out of town Owner working for the first time in Tallahassee wanted to update the old Shoney's Restaurant Building on North Monroe Street that was originally constructed in 1983.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry helped the owner obtain their new updated restaurant by demolishing the old 4,860 SF Shoney's building to construct a new 2,804 Captain D's Seafood Kitchen with drive thru and plenty of parking spaces.
