THE CHALLENGE:

Client's wanted to improve the traffic pattern for a more effiecient ease. They also wanted a more modern, updated exterior that was more visible from Capital Circle.

OliverSperry Renovation helped the Client's divide up and properly phase project to fit their budget and advised on design to accommodate renovation while staying in budget.
