INTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

Owner needed to renovate a 30ksq ft building within 5 months, while remaining partially occupied.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry delivered the new space within the timeframe. Renovation included building 3 new hearing rooms, building new walls, millwork, doors/hardware, interior finishes, operable partition wall and office spaces to fit their usage.
