Restaurant owners wanted a location on a main arterial roadway, but no appropriate land was available. 30% of their business occurred at the drive thru window, so converting existing buildings presented a challenge.
OliverSperry Renovation was able to redesign the site of a BP gas station to accommodate the drive thru. Utilizing the structure, OliverSperry took advantage of the redevelopment ordinance to maximize the project for the owner.
