THE CHALLENGE:

Owner sought to upgrade their 4th‑floor office space to improve workflow and foster a more unified office environment, while maintaining updated security systems and remaining fully operational during construction.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry provided new interior finishes including acoustibuilt sound absorbing ceiling systems, custom millwork with solid surface countertops, interior glass wall office systems, intergraded IT/Low voltage/and security systems tailored to each employee, custom wall coverings with local themes and graphics and executive furniture throughout.
