INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION OF HISTORIC BUILDING

THE CHALLENGE:

This project focused on transforming an aging facility into a welcoming, functional environment that supports both daily activities and long‑term program needs.

THE IDEA:

Work included a comprehensive interior renovation, incorporating selective demolition and new construction to improve layout efficiency and circulation throughout the building. Spaces were thoughtfully reconfigured to better accommodate multipurpose programming, social interaction, and staff operations, while maintaining a safe and intuitive flow for all users.
