THE CHALLENGE:

The Owner wanted to create a unique, stand-out look to be the model for future locations. With a budget restriction and a taste for rare items, the overall costs seemed to exceed what the Owner could realistically provide.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was able to work with the Owner’s desires and budget by self-performing a large portion of the carpentry and cabinet work, which saved the owner money. OliverSperry provide alternative options that allowed them to work closely with a local subcontractor to reduce costs without sacrificing quality. The finished product was above and beyond the Owner’s expectations all while being delivered within budget and on time.
