THE CHALLENGE:

Owners needed to renovate an existing office building and turn it into an Oral & Maxillofacial surgery doctor’s office with procedure rooms.

THE IDEA:

Because they did not have procedure rooms, OliverSperry had to rewire the plumbing in the walls to fit the Medical Grade standards and all of the client’s needs to include Nitrous, Medical Oxygen Plumbing, and a single source spit vacuum system.
