INTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

A build-out of a vacant first floor space of Monroe Park Towers was needed to be complete in a short time frame due to a tenant rent deadline.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was awarded the job due to our previous history with other neighboring businesses within the Towers. OliverSperry delivered the project on time by allowing enough lead time for necessary equipment and changes.
