THE CHALLENGE:

This project needed to replace existing boys housing/boarding home by tearing down the old existing building and replacing with a new one.

THE IDEA:

They wanted to approach planning and construction in the most efficient way, so they worked with OliverSperry Renovation on design and construction for a seamless project.
