NEW BUILDING ADDITION

THE CHALLENGE:

Sorority needed more space for living quarters, a new dining hall and commercial kitchen, They also needed to improve the exterior and landscaping, including a ramp and new steps. This project was challenging as it had a hard deadline that couldn’t be missed. which OliverSperry achieved for the client

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was able to construct a new building addition to the existing structure to complete the renovation giving the Sorority new living quarters, a new commercial kitchen, new dining hall, chair lift, and a full overhaul of site work to bring their vision to life and meet their hard deadline.
