INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

Existing structure was very run down. Owner wanted to create a new convenient store and gas station, as well as renovate an equally run down car wash.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was able to relocate fuel canopy and pumps and renovate the entire interior and exterior of existing building structure. The Car Wash received a new automatic carwash bay, new manual car wash equipment, new vacuums, exterior framing and cladding, electrical, and a new roof.
