THE CHALLENGE:
The owner wanted a ground up new building at a busy intersection within a timeframe of 9 months.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry was able to construct the ground-up new building with new underground fuel tanks (non‐ethanol, regular, premium, and diesel), a six-dispenser gas canopy, landscaping, site lighting, and new site utilities including primary power, sanitary, potable water, and irrigation- all within their 9 month time frame.
