INTERIOR RENOVATION
THE CHALLENGE:
A Nation Wide University needed a contractor they could trust in Tallahassee. They wanted to fast-track the time between going to contract and starting work so that the project would be complete before Thanksgiving.
THE IDEA:
OliverSperry conducted weekly calls with the out-of-town owner's representative and architect as well as their team of staff and vendors to provide updates and assist with coordination. OS was able to use photos and marked up drawings to work through issues and questions as they came up, while also delivering their fast-track goals successfully.
