THE CHALLENGE:

Owners wanted a more visible location and decided to build a new building on Thomasville Road. Their project timeframe was short due to their existing location and lease.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry Renovation helped compress the schedule when the landlord of their existing building told them they needed to move out by end of April. OliverSperry also helped them select a team that that trusted, which allowed the entire process so move seamlessly and ahead of schedule.
