INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION

THE CHALLENGE:

The old Genghis Grill building on Apalachee Parkway needed a major overhaul and complete renovation done to accompany the plans for a World of Beer.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry conquered the difficulty of renovating through a pandemic, all while still bringing the project in time and on budget for the local owner.
