THE CHALLENGE:

Owner of a local Sports Bar had to relocate their business due to a lease end from redevelopment. The project needed to convert a large exercise facility into a full restaurant, and sports bar within five months.

THE IDEA:

OliverSperry was able to help the business Owners find a new prime location, as well as accommodate their budget and time constraints and was able to successfully complete renovations in time for the Holidays.
